The Nitty-Gritty of Keeping Things Pretty!

1.Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients must request to reschedule at least 48 hours before their scheduled appointment.

  • If a client attempts to reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment, they will not be able to do so and will still be responsible for the full cost of the service.

  • If a client reschedules their appointment within the 48-hour window, a $20 rescheduling fee will apply.

2. Parking Policy

  • Crème de la Clean does not provide parking.

  • If parking fees are required in the client's area, the client is responsible for covering the cost.

3. Payment Policy

  • All appointments must be paid for at least 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning.

  • Failure to make payment within this timeframe may result in cancellation of the appointment.

4. Access to Property

  • Clients must inform Crème de la Clean in advance about how the cleaner will access the home (e.g., providing a key, door code, or someone being present).

  • If the cleaner arrives and is unable to access the home due to lack of instructions, and the client calls after the appointment start time, the cleaning time will still run from the original appointment time.

  • If the cleaner is unable to access the home within 15 minutes of arrival, the appointment will be canceled with no refund.

5. No Solicitation of Cleaners

  • Hiring or attempting to hire Crème de la Clean cleaners independently for private work is strictly prohibited.

  • If a client is found soliciting a cleaner outside of our company, they will be subject to a $8,000 penalty fee.

6. Respect Policy

  • Clients must be respectful to our cleaners at all times.

  • Any form of disrespect, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate cancellation of the appointment with no refund.

7. Service Time and Man-Hour Policy

  • Cleaning services are calculated based on man-hours.

  • If more than one cleaner is assigned to a job, the total service time is split among them.

  • Services are provided at a flat rate and are not unlimited.

  • If a client requires additional time, they must purchase extra cleaning time.

8. Extra Dirty Home Charge

  • If a home is extra dirty (excessive mess, buildup, or clutter requiring more effort than standard cleaning), a $25 extra charge will apply.

9. Pet Policy

  • All animals must be caged or kept in a separate room during cleaning services.

  • Pets are not allowed in the same room as the cleaner at any time.

10. Refund Policy

  • Crème de la Clean does not provide refunds.

  • All services are non-refundable under any conditions.

11. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If a client is not satisfied with the cleaning, we will reclean any areas that were cleaned within the allotted time at no additional charge.

  • This guarantee does not include any spaces or tasks that were not cleaned due to the cleaner running out of time.
